She has experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, stress, identity crisis, anger management, and grief. Etishree’s modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Counselling, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. She is passionate about contributing to mental health in the community.
